Humanoid is seeking a Remote Support Engineer to be the core troubleshooter for their Remote Services team, ensuring their humanoid robots in the field remain operational. This hands-on, customer-facing role involves remotely diagnosing robot faults, resolving issues, and providing precise physical intervention recommendations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of robot hardware and software troubleshooting (ROS2, Linux), excellent remote-diagnosis instincts, and be willing to travel occasionally as a "flying doctor" for on-site interventions. This role is crucial for maintaining robot uptime and supporting customers with clear, transparent communication.
