Fresha is seeking a Head of Security to own end-to-end security for their AI-powered operating system for the beauty and wellness industry. This role involves shaping security strategy, building and running controls, and being the primary security point of contact for all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience leading security in a regulated environment, managing incident response, and a strong understanding of modern attack surfaces and AI tools. This is a hands-on role based in London, working closely with the VP of Security, IT & Compliance and the Head of Compliance.
