This role balances strategic program design with hands-on operational excellence, serving as the primary point of contact for global mobility, immigration, relocation, and assignments. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in global mobility, a strong understanding of global immigration processes (U.S. required), and proven ability to manage programs at scale while ensuring compliance and an employee-centered experience.
