Starcloud is seeking a Senior Harness Engineer to own the complete lifecycle of electrical interconnect systems for their spacecraft, from design to integration. This hands-on role involves architecting, designing, routing, manufacturing, and testing harnesses for multi-kilowatt payloads in space data centers. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in high-reliability harness design, proficiency in CAD and electrical design tools, and a strong understanding of spaceflight harness standards. You will bridge the gap between electrical and mechanical engineering, ensuring seamless integration and driving manufacturing to completion for critical space missions.
