Lyte AI is seeking an experienced Operations Engineer based in Taiwan to lead the full manufacturing lifecycle of III-V photonic components for their 4D FMCW lidar sensors. This role involves managing and collaborating with foundry, OSAT, and contract manufacturing partners across Asia to qualify processes, scale yield, and drive high-volume production. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience with III-V compound semiconductor wafer processing and a strong understanding of the entire manufacturing process from NPI to sustained volume. Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required, along with a willingness to travel extensively within Taiwan and Asia.
