Torq is seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Backend Engineer to join their critical Runtime team in Tel Aviv. This role involves owning the execution layer of Torq's high-scale AI SOC platform, which processes hundreds of millions of steps and millions of security events daily. The ideal candidate will lead design, implementation, and architectural changes for reliability at massive scale, drive cross-team projects, and mentor team members. They should have proven seniority in building scalable backend systems, production ownership experience, and a strong testing mindset, with Go experience being an advantage.
