Maven Robotics is seeking an exceptional Motion Planning & Controls Engineer to develop software for their general-purpose AI robots. This role involves implementing planning and control algorithms to achieve purposeful, performant, safe, and reliable coordinated motion, covering the entire software stack from optimization-based motion planning to motor torque control. The ideal candidate will have an MS or PhD, expertise in optimization-based motion planning and control (e.g., Model Predictive Control), and proficiency in Python and C++.
