Quince is seeking an entrepreneurial Sourcing Manager for Women's Woven Tops to build and lead their sourcing operations, identifying and onboarding new vendor partners in NE & EU. This remote role in Turkey requires deep knowledge of category manufacturing and strong vendor relationships to scale supply chains focused on cost, quality, and lead time. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of sourcing and merchandising experience in women's apparel, particularly woven tops, and possess strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills to drive product excellence and efficiency.
