Steno is seeking an experienced and hands-on IT Systems Lead to drive enterprise IT maturation in their fully remote organization. This role involves owning SaaS application management, leading technical infrastructure projects, and serving as a key resource for both the IT and security teams. The ideal candidate is a seasoned IT infrastructure leader with deep expertise in endpoint management, cloud SaaS, networking, and identity technologies, capable of translating business requirements into scalable solutions. You will be responsible for technical planning, architecture, and delivery of cross-organizational IT infrastructure projects, including zero trust initiatives and MDM maturation. This position offers the opportunity to build and mature IT infrastructure from the ground up in a fast-moving, documentation-first culture.
