Lucid Bots is seeking a Senior Autonomy Engineer to lead the autonomy stack for their ground robot platform. This role involves delivering reliable autonomy systems, owning the full stack (perception, localization, planning, navigation), and systematically closing the sim-to-real gap. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience shipping autonomous mobile robots to production, strong ROS 2 skills, and expertise in areas like SLAM or motion planning. This is an opportunity to be the technical authority on production-ready autonomy and mentor a growing team at a fast-paced AI robotics company.
