This critical role ensures safe, compliant, and high-reliability operations, scalable operational governance, and a strong safety-first culture. The ideal candidate will have 8-15+ years of HSE leadership experience in infrastructure or similar environments, with a strong understanding of Australian WHS legislation and experience implementing safety management systems. This position is key to building, implementing, and operationalizing HSE and other systems as Firmus AI factories grow.
