Helsing is seeking a Legal Counsel Contracts & Commercial to serve as a trusted legal partner, providing pragmatic advice across a broad range of commercial matters. This role involves structuring, negotiating, and closing deals at the forefront of defence technology, working closely with sales, partnerships, and product teams. The successful candidate will draft and negotiate various commercial contracts, advise on contractual risks, and contribute to the development of an AI-powered legal operating system. We are looking for someone with a strong track record in commercial law, excellent communication skills, and fluency in both German and English.
