Firmus AI is seeking an AI Engineer to establish and build the MLOps and AIOps foundations for their Firmus AI Factory platform, ensuring trustworthiness, repeatability, and scalability. This pioneering role involves creating end-to-end MLOps workflows, operationalizing evaluation pipelines for RAG and agentic applications, and owning the reliability of all AI features. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in MLOps or ML platform roles, with a deep understanding of the ML lifecycle and hands-on experience with MLflow Model Registry.
