As a NinjaOne Customer Success Manager, you will be a self-motivated individual responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships through heavy phone interaction. You will serve as the lead point of contact for your accounts, identifying and developing cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to maximize profit. The ideal candidate will have exceptional consultative skills, extensive IT knowledge, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. This hybrid remote role is based in Tampa, FL or Austin, TX, requiring in-office presence four days a week.
