Contract to Full Time position-
You sit between sales, clients and our research team. You’re the person who takes a messy client problem, breaks it down, figures out what data we need, builds the workflow and delivers the output. Then you move to the next client and do it again.
This is not a support role. You own delivery end to end – from the first research call through proposal, data audit, integration and final handoff. You write specs for our engineering team when needed. You build automations and run research agents yourself when that’s faster. You bounce between 3-5 active engagements at any time.
Our team is 3 AI PhDs, ML engineers and operators spread across SF, Europe and the Middle East. You need to be comfortable translating between a PhD discussing transformer architectures and a VP of Strategy asking about competitive positioning in oil & gas. Our clients are mostly US-based enterprises.

What You’ll Do
1/ Own client delivery from problem identification through final output – proposals, data audits, strategic simulations, market intelligence reports
2/ Run the research pipeline – deploy research agents, execute data audits across 10+ international markets, build competitive landscape analyses
3/ Build and automate delivery workflows using Claude Code, Cursor or similar AI-native tools – reduce manual work, increase throughput per engagement
4/ Automate the sales-to-delivery pipeline – CRM updates, proposal generation, follow-up sequences, client status tracking
5/ Write technical specs and integration requirements for our engineering team
6/ Prepare proposals and scope engagements – translate client conversations into clear deliverables with timelines and pricing
7/ Figure out data integrations for each client – connect their systems, identify data sources, build ingestion pipelines where needed
8/ Work directly with AI researchers to translate model capabilities into client-facing solutions
9/ Handle unstructured data – make sense of messy inputs from diverse sources and turn them into structured deliverables
