Supernal is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer, or "Mason," to lead critical customer implementations by building production software for AI Employees. This hands-on role involves designing, building, and delivering core software foundations, agentic, and conversational AI systems that handle live users and complex workflows. The ideal candidate will act as a technical owner for client delivery, translating requirements into working systems, managing timelines, and ensuring successful production outcomes. You will be responsible for end-to-end technical delivery, from architecture to launch, and will make key architectural decisions for application design, API integrations, LLM orchestration, and RAG design.
