We are seeking an Instructional Designer to transform complex product changes into clear, agent-friendly training. This role involves designing comprehensive learning programs, creating engaging content, and partnering with Product, CX Ops, and Training teams to prepare agents for new features and policy changes. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of instructional design experience, strong English and Arabic writing skills, and proficiency with various learning and design tools. You will be responsible for creating practical, scenario-based learning and continuously improving content based on feedback and data. A portfolio demonstrating previous instructional design work is required.
