Fractile is seeking a hands-on Semiconductor Test Engineer to develop and deliver production-ready manufacturing test solutions for an advanced AI accelerator chip. This individual contributor role focuses on ATE test program development, silicon bring-up, debug, and optimization across various interfaces. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in semiconductor test engineering, strong ATE program development skills, and a solid understanding of DFT methodologies. You will collaborate closely with design, DFT, and product engineering teams to optimize test coverage, time, and cost for high-volume manufacturing.
