Nitra is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead and scale its marketing organization, with direct accountability for revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have 6-8+ years of experience in VC-backed tech companies, significant managerial experience, and a strong background in growth marketing with technical fluency. They will be responsible for owning marketing's contribution to ARR, managing budgets, and partnering closely with Sales and Product to drive full-funnel performance.
