Guidde is seeking its first in-house Legal Lead to build and own the legal function for a rapidly scaling global SaaS company. This role involves end-to-end ownership of commercial contracts, corporate governance, risk management, and establishing modern legal infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a business-first legal leader with 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in-house, preferably in SaaS, and possesses deep expertise in SaaS legal matters, privacy, and commercial judgment.
