True Anomaly is seeking a Technical Sourcer for a 6-month temp-to-hire opportunity in Denver, CO or Long Beach, CA. In this role, you will be instrumental in building the teams that secure the space domain by identifying, attracting, and assessing exceptional engineering talent. You will develop robust engineering pipelines, utilize various sourcing tools, and partner closely with technical leaders and the talent acquisition team. We are looking for passionate, innovative thinkers with 0-2+ years of sourcing experience and familiarity with recruiting tools to help bring the best engineers to True Anomaly.
