K2 is seeking a Principal Solar Manufacturing Engineer to define and own the manufacturing strategy for their high-power satellite solar array hardware. This role involves shaping the vision and technical foundation for flight-ready solar arrays, embedding manufacturability from concept to production, and breaking through constraints in yield and scalability. The ideal candidate will be a recognized technical authority in solar manufacturing with 10+ years of experience, capable of leading and mentoring other engineers, and influencing product designs for manufacturability. This is a critical position for a Series C space startup building the largest and highest-power satellites ever flown.
