Basecamp Research is seeking a Production Sequencing Lead to be the operational spine of their Trillion Gene Atlas. This role involves end-to-end management of the sample-to-sequence pipeline, driving throughput, and translating R&D protocols into scalable production workflows. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in high-throughput sequencing production, strong leadership skills, and a track record of applying Lean/Six Sigma principles in a laboratory setting. You will lead a production team, ensure data quality, and continuously improve processes to support the growth of the Atlas.
