Boltz is seeking an Applied ML Engineer/Scientist to adapt and deploy foundational machine learning models for real-world drug discovery problems with external partners. This role involves fine-tuning and conditioning state-of-the-art models for molecular modeling and design, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and owning the end-to-end applied modeling loop. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in applied ML within biology, chemistry, or drug discovery, proficiency in PyTorch and the scientific Python ecosystem, and a passion for translating cutting-edge ML into high-impact capabilities for partners and end users.
