Stord is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Labor Operations to join their Data team and own the analytics product layer for their Labor Management System. This is a unique opportunity to build the LMS analytics layer from the ground up, working closely with the product and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong operational fluency combined with technical execution, translating operational needs into data products without requiring explicit requirements. You will be responsible for writing SQL, building dashboards, defining metrics, and ensuring data quality to empower building GMs and area managers with actionable insights.
