This critical role involves developing and optimizing various weld processes, fixtures, and joint designs from concept to flight-ready hardware. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, and test teams, providing direct guidance and leading root cause investigations to ensure the highest quality and manufacturability of welded aerospace assemblies. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and hands-on experience with welded aerospace assemblies are basic qualifications for this impactful position.
