Fireworks is seeking an AI Field Engineer (Enterprise) to act as the technical tip of the spear, embedding with ambitious customers and partners to rapidly transform complex AI problems into production systems. This hands-on role involves building POCs, MVPs, and production integrations, while also engaging in executive-level discussions on architecture and strategy. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role, strong Python skills, and working knowledge of the LLM stack and cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for technical delivery, model strategy, customer engagement, and providing product feedback, often working on-site with enterprise clients.
