Snorkel AI is seeking a Director of Technical Recruiting to build and lead their technical recruiting engine, supporting significant growth across Engineering, Research, Product, and Applied AI Engineering. This high-impact leadership role requires someone who has scaled technical recruiting teams in hyper-growth startup environments, ideally from 100 to 1,000 employees. The ideal candidate will own the strategy, team development, and execution to attract top technical talent, particularly in AI, infrastructure, and machine learning domains. They will partner closely with technical leaders, develop creative sourcing strategies, and leverage data to optimize the recruiting process.
