SambaNova is seeking a Customer Success Manager to be a strategic partner for enterprise customers, guiding them through the full lifecycle of AI deployment using the SambaNova Suite™ platform. This role involves owning post-sales relationships, ensuring customers maximize value from the full-stack AI platform, and driving expansion opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of experience in customer success within AI/ML infrastructure or deep-tech, with a working knowledge of AI/ML workflows and large language models. You will act as the voice of the customer internally, delivering executive business reviews and coordinating with various internal teams to ensure smooth deployments and customer satisfaction.
