We are seeking a detail-oriented Solder Technician to join our team in Gardena, CA, focusing on high-volume manufacturing of optical transceivers. This role involves precision soldering, rework, and assembly of sensitive electronic and optical components within a cleanroom environment. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of precision soldering experience, including working under a microscope, and will be responsible for ensuring product reliability and quality. You will interpret technical documentation, inspect solder joints to IPC standards, and contribute to prototype builds and NPI.
