Pennylane is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel, Contracts (German speaker) to join their Legal, Compliance & Risk team. This role involves acting as a trusted legal partner, managing a broad range of commercial and operational agreements, and contributing to efficient and scalable contracting processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract law, particularly in IP/IT, technology or SaaS, be fluent in English with working knowledge of French and German, and possess strong expertise in B2B SaaS agreements.
