Qdrant, a rapidly growing open-source vector search engine, is seeking a Business Development Representative for the EMEA region to build and expand its enterprise pipeline. This role involves strategic inbound and outbound prospecting, working closely with Enterprise sales leaders to identify and drive expansion opportunities within key accounts. The ideal candidate will have up to three years of experience in a quota-carrying prospecting role, a strong interest in AI infrastructure, and the ability to engage credibly with technical audiences. You will be a first line of contact for engineering and AI leaders, helping them evaluate vector search infrastructure and contributing to Qdrant's mission of transforming how AI interacts with data.
