Unframe is seeking a GTM Engineer to build and optimize the systems driving their go-to-market motion and enterprise sales execution. This role involves designing and implementing automation, tooling, and data infrastructure to create repeatable pipeline and enhance sales team effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in Sales Ops, RevOps, or a similar GTM Engineering role, with strong CRM fluency and a proven track record in building outbound or pipeline automation. You will work closely with sales leadership, enablement, and marketing to scale outbound efforts and remove friction for sales teams.
