Wispr is seeking a Staff Platform Engineer, Infrastructure, to join their small but rapidly growing team. This role is critical for scaling their voice interface product, Flow, which has seen massive user growth and requires robust infrastructure to maintain low latency and support new features. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking architect who can anticipate scaling bottlenecks, build the foundational systems between product and ML, and significantly contribute to the technical direction of the platform team. This is an opportunity to create the systems that will support hundreds of millions of users for a product that is redefining human-AI interaction.
