This role involves triaging faults, debugging across the full robotics stack (hardware, embedded, software, sensors, networking), and driving incidents to resolution. The successful candidate will also perform root-cause analysis, improve monitoring and runbooks, and contribute to the overall reliability of the robot fleet.
