Hermeus is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate & Legal Operations to be the operational backbone of its legal department. This role involves strategically implementing legal operations, managing workflows, and driving efficiency, combining substantive paralegal work with legal operations responsibilities. The successful candidate will support corporate finance transactions, including debt financing and equity raises, and build systems and infrastructure to scale the legal team with the company's rapid growth. We are looking for someone with 8-12 years of professional experience, including direct experience in corporate paralegal work and legal operations, particularly in supporting complex corporate finance transactions.
