Flai is seeking a GTM Recruiter to join their People team in San Francisco, working in-person 5 days a week. This role involves partnering with the founding recruiter and founders to find, win, and close talent for sales, customer success, marketing, and operations roles. The ideal candidate loves the 'hunt' for hard-to-find candidates, possesses strong selling and closing skills, and has in-house recruiting experience, ideally at a high-growth software startup. You will own searches end-to-end, build recruiting playbooks, and contribute significantly to Flai's rapid growth in the AI-native communications platform space for car dealerships.
