ATG is seeking a Member of Technical Staff (Research Engineering) to bridge the gap between research and engineering, rapidly implementing and scaling new AI algorithms and models within financial markets. This role involves prototyping and scaling experimental models like LLMs and RL agents, building ML tools and pipelines, and owning the full ML lifecycle from data engineering to deployment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deep learning or reinforcement learning, expert-level Python, and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow, along with a passion for AI and financial markets.
