Valon is seeking a Deployment Strategist to own live enterprise deployments of ValonOS, their AI-native operating system for regulated finance, starting with mortgage servicing. This role is a blend of operator, product strategist, data investigator, and executive translator, responsible for diagnosing client operations, configuring solutions, and ensuring measurable business outcomes. You will be instrumental in migrating multi-decade-old operations onto Valon's platform without disruption, working with complex data and diverse stakeholders. This is an anti-consulting role for high-horsepower operators who thrive on solving ambiguous, high-stakes problems and owning the outcome in a fast-paced, AI-fluent environment.
