Arize AI is seeking an AI Sales Engineer (Solutions Architect) to join their team, working remotely in the United States. This role involves partnering with Account Executives to articulate the value of the Arize platform, leading product demonstrations, and advising on GenAI and ML best practices to prospective customers. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of customer-facing experience, proficiency in Python/Typescript, and knowledge of LLM/Agentic frameworks. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the sales process from discovery to Proof of Concept, and helping them leverage Arize to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize their AI systems.
