Gray Swan is seeking a Head of Cyber Safety to build and lead their cyber safety capability, serving as the technical authority on AI-enabled cyber risk. This role involves defining how frontier AI systems are evaluated for offensive cyber capabilities and partnering with leading AI labs to reduce real-world security risks. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in offensive cybersecurity, vulnerability research, or adversarial AI security, and experience evaluating frontier models. You will be responsible for designing adversarial evaluations, developing safety infrastructure, and leading a world-class team to establish industry standards for frontier model security.
