Positron AI is seeking an AI Forward Deployed Engineer, Lead to drive AI-assisted development within their Accelerator Platform Software (APS) team. This unique role involves embedding with sub-teams to build and implement agentic workflows for coding, debugging, and testing, directly improving engineering productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong software engineering background, expert experience with agentic development tools, and a proven track record of delivering internal tooling that engineers adopt. You will define your own roadmap, report directly to the Director of APS, and play a pivotal role in shaping AI-native engineering practices for cutting-edge AI inference accelerators.
