Faye is seeking a Head of AI Engineering to own the strategy, prioritization, and management of AI initiatives across the company, reporting directly to the CTO. This role involves setting the technical direction for GenAI and agentic systems, scouting external ecosystems for cutting-edge solutions, and ensuring infrastructure scales with demand. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of technical team management experience and 2+ years leading GenAI initiatives, with a strong background in LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and modern AI tooling. You will translate high-level vision into actionable roadmaps, align resources, and educate the company on AI best practices.
