As a Senior Product Manager at Temporal, you will be responsible for the scalability and compute aspects of Temporal workers, shaping how developers deploy, host, and scale them. This role involves defining the roadmap for worker deployment options, including self-hosted and serverless execution, and leading initiatives for safe, zero-downtime code deployments. You will evolve the Temporal Worker Controller for Kubernetes and define the path for serverless worker execution, directly impacting developer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compute platforms, experience with developer-facing products, and a pragmatic, customer-focused approach to product management.
