Alpaca is seeking a highly motivated and well-connected Director of Institutional Sales to lead the expansion of its API brokerage, clearing, and global multi-asset infrastructure across professional and institutional trading segments. This quota-carrying role requires a proven book of business or deep relationships within hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, family offices, and high-net-worth traders. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling Alpaca’s institutional revenue base by leveraging existing networks and developing new channels.
