The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000-$175,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training. In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package. These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements. Work on a cross-functional team that collaborates with data science, product, and backend engineering.

Develop and maintain native iOS product features in Swift and integrate with RESTful backend services.

Contribute to feature ideation, planning, design, and development.

Document architecture and new features to support long-term maintainability.

Analyze metrics and member feedback to uncover bugs and opportunities to improve app stability and engagement.

Participate in the release pipeline, including app building, signing, testing (e.g., via TestFlight), and App Store submission.

Use tools like Jira, Confluence, and GitHub to organize and communicate work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Product-minded engineer with empathy for the member experience.

2–4 years of professional experience building, testing, debugging, and shipping native iOS apps.

Strong proficiency in Swift and experience with modern iOS architecture and lifecycle management.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and networking best practices.

Knowledge of best-practice architecture and modular design patterns, such as MVVM.

Experience using Git and version control workflows.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Team player who thrives on continuous learning and direct feedback.

Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
