Scale is seeking an Events & Field Marketing Manager to join their rapidly growing team, focusing on the U.S. Federal Government public sector. This role involves managing and executing a variety of events, from trade shows to executive gatherings and the annual AI Leadership Summit, to drive lead generation and pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in federal event marketing, a strong understanding of the U.S. Federal Government market, and excellent project management skills. You will be responsible for all event logistics, budget management, and tracking performance, while also supporting Scale's annual conferences and interfacing with external executives.
