We are seeking a Senior Manager, Silicon Photonics Testing and Packaging to lead the development and transfer of in-house test solutions for silicon photonics products into High Volume Manufacturing. This role involves partnering with various engineering teams, managing vendor relationships, and driving test yield improvements. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in photonics test/packaging engineering, with a strong background in NPI and HVM transfer, along with excellent leadership skills to manage and develop a team of engineers.
