Kestra is seeking a Clinical Account Specialist (CAS) in Chicago, IL, to play a critical clinical role within key hospital accounts, focusing on cardiac wearable therapy. The CAS will ensure high-quality patient experiences through patient-facing and provider-facing clinical activities, including initial patient fittings, clinical documentation, and EMR workflow support. This role involves providing clinical in-services, managing inventory, and maintaining strong relationships with clinicians and care teams. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a clinical science, and at least 3 years of experience in cardiology or cardiac medical device clinical support.
