Port.io is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-cycle recruiting for GTM & Business functions during a period of rapid hypergrowth. This high-ownership role requires someone who deeply understands the B2B SaaS talent landscape and takes recruiting seriously as a craft. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, a sourcer's mindset, and a data-driven approach to building proactive pipelines and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. You will partner closely with hiring leaders, champion Port's employer brand, and be based in Boston or Austin with a hybrid work model.
